COVID-19 Protocols
To abide by provincial laws set out by the government we may make frequent changes to health and safety protocol. Please check back often.
COVID-19 has brought on changes to the world that no one could anticipate. The unknowns of day to day life and business operations are still being figured out and adjusted to. Huron County Dog Grooming wants to provide the safest experience for your pet and families, so I will be following all provincial laws and safety guidelines.
CURRENT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS BEING TAKEN
Please follow safety precautions and practice social distancing. Entry into the salon will not be allowed at this time.
If you feel unwell or have recently been in contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID, please cancel your appointment and notify Huron County Dog Grooming.
We are keeping up with all news information regarding any changes made because of the pandemic. This page will be updated regularly to keep information current.
The following guidelines are being implemented,
- Masks will be required for appointment drop off/pick up
- Keep a minimum distance (if possible) of 6 feet from other people
- Salon door will always be locked to ensure the safety of the dogs in our care. Please knock or call business number when you arrive
- Hand sanitizer is recommeneded for drop-off/pick-up
- If you can, please bring a cell phone to appointment. We may have to discuss the service over the phone if the weather is unpleasant and makes it difficult to speak from a distance.
- If you have a fever, feel unwell or have recently been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. We will gladly find you the next appointment time that fits your schedule
- We ask that personal leashes and collars be removed and kept with pet parent (we will supply our own leash)
- All equipment and surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized after each pet
- As new information comes through special procedures may apply when dropping off or picking up your pet from the salon
- Failure to abide by these protocols may result in refusal of service
